This tree has been used for many things here are a few Time Machine, a Mouth for Healthy Eating and a reading corner. The far away tree was made 1 year ago and it is still here today. I was there when the Creative Partnership built the amazing tree and they even made a song for the tree it was called called The Far Away Tree. We at st.marks love getting a book and reading in the tree and imagine what the tree will be next something scary something colourful or something dark. Who knows we can do is wait.

As the tree took shape, it's strength was tested and Dave proved that it was sturdy enough! The children did a whole load of weaving to add fabric to the trunk..
Our Creative Partners for the Faraway Tree project are the team of artists from Eccleston George. They arrived on monday morning to start work on creating a tree sculpture for our school.
